The high-tech equipment is completely automatic in each stage of production lines constituted by German technology. Production is performed automatically.

After production , profiles are controlled with respect to the features i.e. aesthetic, suitability, resistance against fading, angle welding resistance, shrinkage and functional safety. By means of these tests, existance of Günel PVC's top-quality is guaranteed for each profile coming from production line.

Research & Development studies accompany to the all stages of production process including all human and technical inputs i.e. selection of raw materials, finished products, working conditions, machinery park. The purpose is to research in order to achieve the best, the most accurate and the most beautiful in a wide range from the working conditions upto quality of product and maintain uninterrupted development in order to reach to the better. As a matter of fact, Troplats AG, one of the most esteemed laboratories in Germany has tested the PVC used in GP 901 series of Günel Plastik and approved that it has the same standard with top-quality PVC of Europe.
